We launched our Onsite Check-in Application last month, which has helped event organizers track attendees and eliminate long lines at the door of an event. Did you know you can use the Check-in application on your smart phone if you don’t have a laptop set up at your event?
Our Mobile Attendee Check-in feature is really easy to use. Just go to TicketLeap.com, login to your account and click on the ‘Check-in’ tab. Select which event you are checking in attendees for and you are good to go!
Search by the patron’s name, confirmation code or email address to redeem the tickets. Your mobile check-in history syncs with your TicketLeap dashboard to update the information in your account.’ After the event you can download a report of who attended the event.

1. Go to TicketLeap.com on your smartphone and login to your account.
2. Pick your Organization and Event(s) that you would like to check-in attendees for.
3. Search by name, confirmation code or email address to check-in attendees.
4. Click the box next to the attendee to check him/her in. Your check-in information syncs with your TicketLeap dashboard when you login the next time on your computer. Have a great event!
