In this recent release, we’ve created the ability to refund an individual ticket. Organizations using Authorize.net (your own merchant account) and TicketLeap to process payments may refund individual tickets through their TicketLeap Dashboard.
Under the ‘Analyze’ tab, click on ‘Transactions.’ Select the ticket you’d like to refund. At the bottom of the screen there will be a “Refund Ticket” button.
The Dashboard keeps track of your refund and the ticket buyer receives an email letting him/her know about the refund. In addition, the refunded patron is removed from the attendee list.
