TicketLeap’s Founder and CEO, Chris Stanchak, is featured in Ben Franklin Technology Partners’ January 2012 issue of Keynotes.
Chris spoke to our friends at BFTP about how TicketLeap has evolved. In 2010, TicketLeap had successfully carved out a place in the online ticketing industry but Chris and the team recognized that in order to continue growing in leaps and bounds, an upgrade to the original system was needed.
“It was like building a second airplane while you’re already flying one,” Chris said. “But we went from being toward the back of the pack in terms of the competition to definitely being right at the front. It really differentiated us.”
