Customizable E-Tickets

You can now customize the ad area on your event organization’s E-Ticket! Market your social media pages, display your organization’s print ad, or give kudos to your sponsor. Images must be 786 pixels wide by 1,000 pixels high. You can upload your image and view a sample ticket under the “Details” tab on your TicketLeap dashboard.

Updated Wait Curtain

  Ticket buyers will now be prompted when their activity idles or if their TicketLeap session has expired. Animated logos will let customers know that their transaction is being processed.

End Date Visibility 

Ticket buyers can now see what time their event ends both at check out and on their ticket purchase confirmation page. Important details like start and end time will ensure smooth check-in for all!
