Company News: TicketLeap Names Tim Raybould as President and COO; Chris Stanchak as Chairman of the Board

TicketLeap today announced that founder Chris Stanchak has been appointed Chairman of the Board and Tim Raybould, previously the company’s CFO, has been appointed President and COO. Stanchak will begin transitioning his responsibilities he held as CEO to Raybould in the coming weeks.

“I’m incredibly proud of what we have accomplished since I started the company 10 years ago,” said Stanchak. “This move is a big step forward for us. Tim has a great vision for TicketLeap coupled with a proven ability to execute. I’m confident that this combination will allow the company to reach even greater potential.”

Stanchak founded TicketLeap while he was an undergraduate student at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Under his leadership, the company has grown to over 25 employees, $8 million in venture capital investment, and $52 million in 2012 gross ticket sales.

“Chris has built a great team,” said Raybould. “Under his leadership, we have serviced millions of fans and passionate event organizers. Our focus remains squarely on them– getting to know them even better and delivering a world class experience.”

As its CFO, Raybould has led the finance team at TicketLeap for four years and has played a key role in the company’s growth over that time. Prior to TicketLeap, Raybould spent five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
